About These Inserts: These white cotton insert pillows are handmade and made to order by our shop. They are filled with 95 percent father and 5 percent down and designed to give your pillows a soft and sumptuous yet firm feel. Sizing: For example, a 18"x18" pillow insert will provide a regular fit for a 18"x18" pillow cover, a full fit for a 17"x17" pillow cover, and a plump fit for a 16"x16" pillow cover. Shipping: All pillows are made and shipped within two to three business days via the shipping method you choose at purchase. Washing Instructions: These inserts are machine washable and dry-able. We recommend cold water and the softer and fluff cycles. Please wash alone or with other white items. After washing and drying, a good fluff will bring the insert back to normal. Returns: We accept all returns - no questions asked - within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not provide return labels nor pay for return shipping.
