Shipping: All pillows are made and shipped within two to three business days via the shipping method you choose at purchase. Washing Instructions: These inserts are machine washable and dry-able. We recommend cold water and the softer and fluff cycles. Please wash alone or with other white items. After washing and drying, a good fluff will bring the insert back to normal.
