Our meticulous attention to detail ensures this futon will provide a sleeping surface conducive to deep undisturbed sleep for years to come. Four layers of naturally luxurious cotton batting sandwiched between sheets of 1.8 lbs/ft3 solid high resilience foam produce an ideal balance of support, comfort and resiliency. The core of this futon is a natural sheet of 2 inch 1.8 lbs/ft3 high resilience solid foam. Two additional sheets of natural 1 inch 1.8 lbs/ft3 high resilience solid foam are layered between organic cotton above and below. All of the materials are protected by a heavy outer shell that features double-stitched seams. Our futons are hand tufted in order to keep all of the materials in place. The Luxury Cotton Futon Mattress futon is suited to be used every day as your primary sleeping surface. This mattress will be made with filling that has been lightly treated with Boric Powder. Boric powder is one of the most natural flame retardants. This product is a mattress only and does not include a Futon frame.
