This is the perfect way to give the Paw Patrol fan in your life a homemade blanket. The easy to assemble throw is soft, durable, and machine washable. Instructions: Step 1: Cut off all white selvage areas. Step 2: Layer printed panel on top of solid panel, wrong sides together, cut 3" squares from each of the four corners of both fleece layers. Step 3: Create fringe by cutting 1" wide by 3" long on all four sides, cutting through both layers. Step 4: To secure blanket, tie each upper layer of fringe to its matching low layer of fringe, tying a square knot.
