High-density, latex-free polyurethane foam cushion surrounds a sealed, water-based gel layer that distributes weight and equalizes pressure. Surface layer of "egg crate" foam distributes weight and reduces pressure points. Fits any standard wheelchair or mobility device; also suitable for office, car, or home seating.
